The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of order dated 23.08.2017 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No. 17097 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mrs.V.Saradhadevi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 23.08.2017 has already been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be closed.
