Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2015 for the inspection of the property in order to survey the land and laying of boundray stone for boundary demarcation and thereafter to issue patta to the land comprised in Survey No. 191/1B, 191/1C, 191/1F of Patta Nos. 76, 98, 362, Vellannur Village, Ambattur Taluk and Thiruvallur District with the total extent of 5100 sq.ft on considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2015. The petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 21.05.2015 stating that the property purchased by him, in Survey No. 191/1B, 191/1C, 191/1F and Patta Nos. 76, 98, 362, Vellannur Village, Ambattur Taluk and Thiruvallur District, which is registered as Document No. 3644/90 would require patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in his name.

As the said request is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.

Considering the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner, with regard to the relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 21.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits, in accordance with law and after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as third party, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
