PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in connection with C.C No.115 of 2011 pending before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Kingston Jerold

ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the Domestic Violence proceedings initiated by the respondent.

2. This petition was not even entertained by this Court and it is kept pending from the year 2015 onwards. Necessary allegations have been made in the petition and the petitioner, who is the husband has to go before the Court below and establish his defence. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings in C.C No.115 of 2011 on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
