same and forbearing the respondents or their men or agents from proceeding with the initiation of construction of bus shelter in front of the petitioner's building situated at Old Door No.327, 328, New No.571, Poonamalle High Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai - 600 029.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had died in the year 2019 itself and the issues raised in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing further survives for passing orders in the Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect. "As per the instructions received the petitioner died in the year 2019 itself and the matter also has become infructuous since the bus shelter erected away from the petitioner's place.."

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
