O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for directing the respondent not to harass the petitioner, in the guise of enquiry in a civil dispute pursuant to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.82/Ma.Va.Ka.La.Aa/2022 dated 06.06.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is being harassed, on the basis of the complaint given by one Govindaraj in a money transaction.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by one Govindaraj, enquiry was conducted. After enquiry, Govindaraj gave an undertaking that, petitioner has agreed to pay the amount. Therefore, the said enquiry was closed. As of now, no enquiry or First Information Report is pending against the petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate 2/4
