Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate, [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the 1/3

conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 31047 of 2025 vide order dated 13.11.2025 regularly.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the conditions imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
