The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners contended that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous since EP.No.87 of 2009 in OS.No.107 of 1996 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Bhavani has already been disposed on 16.03.2016. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
