(1) Directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents herein to consider the claim of the Petitioners to grant patta in respect of the land in S.No. 571/8 and 571/1 in Thoppur Revenue Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District, of an extent of 72 Sq.mtr. (775 sq.ft approximately) each, which is classified as Grama Natham Land, in the light of the representation dated 10.06.2020 of the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a limited time frame by the Honourable Court (IN WP.NO.2159 of 2021) and
2) to grant an order of Interim Injunction restraining the respondents herein, their men or their subordinates or any other officials authorized by them from in any way interfering or evicting the petitioners from their peaceful possession of the petitioners land in Survey No. 571/8 and 571/1 of an extent of 72 Sq.mtr. (775 sq.ft) each , which is classified as Grama Natham Land in Thoppur Revenue Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District (IN WMP.NO.2442/2021) pending disposal of the WP.NO.2159/2021. Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.THAMARAISELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This writ petition was disposed of by this court on 04.02.2021 with a direction to list the same before this court for reporting compliance. Accordingly, it is listed today for hearing.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 04.02.2021 has been complied with by the second respondent - Tahsildar and therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this matter. The said statement is recorded.
3. In the light of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this matter.
