O.P.No.20844 of 2020 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN, J., This petition is filed for modification of condition of 'daily reporting before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m for two weeks' as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.20844 of 2020 dated 30.12.2020 into that of 'as and when required on notice or to report before bail executing court'.

When the matter was called on 08.02.2021, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second petitioner is a Doctor working in Covid-19 Ward treating the patients affected by Covid-19 virus. He was directed to file a certificate to show that the second petitioner was working in Covid-19 ward. Today a certificate is filed and it shows that the second petitioner is the Doctor working in M.K.Nursing Home. There is nothing in the certificate to indicate that the second petitioner is treating patients in Covid-19 ward. G.CHANDRASEKHARAN, J., mra 3.

Crl.M.P.No.867 of 2021 petitioners and in view of the fact that the second petitioner is a Doctor and first petitioner is her husband and due to unavoidable reasons they were not able to surrender before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, within the time stipulated, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioners may be given another two weeks time for complying with the order dated 30.12.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.20844 of 2020.
