O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.328 of 2011 and file charge sheet at the earliest and the proceed in accordance with law.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner is present.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, on 28.11.2011 the case in Crime No.328 of 2011 was registered by the respondent for offence under Section 323, 324 and 294(b) IPC. He would submit that the investigation was completed and the final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Chengam, during the year 2017. However, the learned Magistrate has rejected the final report under Section 468 Cr.P.C. stating that it is barred by limitation and there by the petition has become infructuous.
