This application has been filed to condone the delay of 3907 days in depositing the amount of Rs.90,000/- to the credit of C.S. No.473 of 2002.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/plaintiff and perused the affidavit filed in support of this application to condone the delay of 3907 days in depositing the amount of Rs.90,000/- to the credit of C.S. No.473 of 2002. Affidavit of Service is filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff attaching paper publication which was effected in Dinamani Tamil Magazine.

Despite names of the defendants have been printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on the side of the defendants. 4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicant is hereby directed to deposit the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
