This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on 1st day of every month until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.1914 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23817 of 2021 dated 24.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
