Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before respondent every Monday at 10.30 A.M. for the until further orders. In Crl.M.P.No.8402/2020 dated 18.12.2020 In Crl.O.P.No.17474 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 in Cr.No.2113 of 2020 pending on the the file of the Inspector of Police, Perambalur Police Station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.MUTHAMIZH SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8402 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17474 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8402 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17474 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
