This petition has been filed to amend the Satisfaction Court as Learned District Muncif cum Judicial Magistrate Parangipattai instead of District Muncif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore in para 7 of the order dated 15.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.33451 of 2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated 15.12.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.33451 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.33451 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025.
