ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order and Decretal dated 10.11.2021 made in I.A.No. 423 of 2019 in O.S.No. 175 of 2016 on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Tindivanam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this revision petition. He has also made the following endorsement: "The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the CRP since the parties have settled the matter."

3. Recording the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
