The Writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2023 and conducting a Registrar supervised election of the Executive Committee for the second respondent Association, within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order has been passed on the representation made by the petitioner and hence, this petition is nothing survives for adjudication.
