ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner in the permanent post of Sweeper with effect from the initial date of appointment in regular time scale and grant all consequential service and monetary benefits based on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2015.

2. As per G.O.Ms.74, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F) Department dated 27.06.2013, those who are working in full time post on temporary basis only be regularized with the time scale of pay. Admittedly, the petitioner was appointed as part time Sweeper. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief sought as prayed for in this Writ Petition, as it is devoid of merits.
