The Division Bench by judgment dated 04.09.2018 remitted these matters to the trial Court for fresh consideration. The learned Special District Judge (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Krishnagiri, by letter dated 03.07.2019, made a request to the High Court to grant three more months time for disposing the claim petitions.

Accordingly, these matters are posted before us.

2. We grant the time as prayed for by the learned Special District Judge (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Krishnagiri for disposal of the claim petitions.
