The learned counsel for the petitioner reported that six months back, the learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the bundle to the petitioner, as the petitioner wanted change of vakalat and therefore, reports no instructions.

arrangements for more than six months, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this contempt petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
