Decree:This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal,the order of the Lower court and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.Arun Kumar, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.Mukund R.Pandiyan, Advocate for the first Respondent and the Mr.D.Bhaskaran , Advocate for the third Respondent and Second respondent not ready in notice and the Fourth Respondent Not appearing either in person or by an Advocate and this court while dismissing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal this Court observed that learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant brought to the notice of this Court that the connected appeal filed by the United India Insurance Co.Ltd., in CMA.NO.4846 of 2019 was disposed of and in view of the disposal of the earlier appeal no further consideration is required with reference to the grounds raised in the present appeal and this Court doth order and decree as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

follows:

i)that the award and decree dated 14.12.2012 made in M.C.O.P.No.30 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri be and hereby is confirmed and this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed;

ii)that there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
