The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass order on the petitioners representation dated 31.08.2017.

As against the award passed by the third respondent in E.S.A.No.3 of 2010, the petitioner herein seeks to have filed a appeal in C.M.A.No.57 of 2010 before the Principal District Judge Namakkal which also came to be dismissed. 2.The prayer in the present writ petition seeking for a direction to the first respondent and consider the petitioners representation dated 31.08.2017 and he has also sought for a direction to investigate on certain averments pertaining to the arbitration agreement.
3. In my view the first respondent may not have jurisdiction to sit over the award passed by the second respondent as well as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the orders passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal in the appeal. Since, the first respondent may not have jurisdiction to consider the representation no orders is required in the present case.
