This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the 1st respondent to conduct Survey No.24/9B, Patta No.299 which spread over 0.20.0 hectares situated at Thathanor Village, Mettupatti, Salem Taluk & District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3.The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint/representation before the 2nd respondent police in-person along with all the relevant documents and the 2nd respondent shall act upon the same and conduct an enquiry and take a final decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the petitioner.
