This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 188 days in filing the present Criminal Revision petition against the judgment passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchengode in Crl.A.No.164 of 2024 dated 02.04.2025.

2. Although the respondent's name was printed in the cause list, there was no appearance for the respondent.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
