ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The present Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 09.08.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have made a representation dated 09.08.2022 to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take action against the 4 th respondent, who has trespassed into the petitioners' property without any notice, and has put up super structure in Plot Nos. 40 to 44 in S.F. No 39, Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, Coodalore Municipality Coimbatore District approved by the 6 th respondent in revised layout plan approval LP / R.No (CN No. 42/84) dated 30.04.1984. But, respondent Nos.1 to 3 did not take any action in this regard. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs respondent Nos.1 to 3, to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 09.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of
personal hearing, within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
