ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings No.Tha.Tho.Mu.Ka/onapi/11502/10 & 10565/11 dated 03.04.2012 and confirmed by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings No.DD/11502/10 & 10565/11 dated 16.05.2012 and quash them as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service with all monetary and service benefits.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died. After his demise, his family members had also received family pension and therefore the question of reinstatement does not arise.

3. In view of above submission, this Court finds that nothing survives in this writ petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, the respondent shall ensure that the family 2/4
