Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.5925/2017 dated 10.03.2017, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing a letter of the Principal Secretary to Government in Letter No.8968/MC.V/2017-2 dated 03.08.2017 would submit that the order of this Court dated 10.3.2017 passed in W.P.No.5925/2017 viz. directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2017, has been duly complied with by the respondents.
