Mr.B.Anandan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the respondents 4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to 8, notice to the those respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 03.01.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought for cancellation of Patta Nos.2463 and 1177, relating to Survey No.209/3 of Thorapalli Agraharam (Thippalam Village), Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the other interested persons, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
