The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is settled out of Court between the parties and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
