2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the evidence of DW1, R.Issac on behalf of the defendants is eschewed and the defendant is permitted to examine its authorized representative, E.Krishnan to depose evidence and mark the documents as defendant's witness in the suit.
