O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner has submitted that on the complaint lodged by one Balachandar, the respondent police are frequently calling the petitioner and harassing him.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is called for enquiry on the complaint lodged by one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Balachandar and there is no intention for the respondent to harass the petitioner.

5. In view of the said submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:- (i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry with the respondent police.

(ii) The second respondent is also directed to conduct enquiry in accordance with law, without any harassment to the petitioner.

6. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
