2. Heard both sides.

3. In general, if the documents produced at the later point of time, they have to be received, subject to proof and relevancy. Though the learned counsel for the respondents raised objections for receiving the documents, considering the fact that he is having the opportunity to raise his objections during the time of marking the documents, as exhibits. His objections cannot be taken into account for considering the prayer sought for by the applicant.
