ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(ii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34841 of 2025, dated 19.12.2025, that after execution of sureties, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent

police for investigation daily at 6.00 p.m., and the respondent police after conducting the investigation file a report and thereafter entitlement of anticipatory bail will be decided."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had suffered physical ailment and undergone bypass surgery, hence prayed for modification of the aforesaid condition imposed on the petitioner, vide order dated 19.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.34841 of 2025. 3.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the reasons seeking for modification is not justified, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para No.7(ii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34841 of 2025, dated 19.12.2025.
