ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to register the case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 31.08.2012 and 04.11.2012.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that pending this petition, the petitioner died on 12.01.2015 itself and his wife also died on 25.12.2018 and further CSR also closed. The learned Government Advocate has produced death certificate of the petitioner and his wife and therefore nothing survives in this petition.
