The petitioner who has filed this petition has not appeared either in person or through the counsel either before this Court or before the learned Master. The case was listed before this Court and was directed to be reposted before the learned Master, again on 23.11.2023. On that day, also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Considering the same, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the remedy in this proceedings. Therefore, order dated 15.03.2018 is annulled. Consequently, this Insolvency Petition is closed for non-prosecution.
