JUDGMENT

The relief sought for in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is to set aside the Judgment and Decree made in I.A.No.564 of 2015 in O.S.No.7 of 2014, dated 25.08.2015 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupur.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing on either side that this appeal is challenging the order of dismissal of the interim injunction. But the suit itself is disposed on 18.04.2018. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal for further adjudication.

6. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
