This petition is filed to condone the delay of 317 days in filing the above second appeal.

2.This petition stands allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only).

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner made an offer that instead of paying the cost, he may be permitted to purchase any law book not exceeding Rs.1,000/- useful to any junior advocate.

4.This Court records the gestures of the learned counsel with appreciation.

5.The Registry is required to print the names of the learned counsel for the respondents when the appeal is listed for admission.
