ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of all proceedings in C.C.No.3508 of 2015, pending on the file of the Fast Track Court III Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet. 2.It is seen from records that this Court has not granted any stay of the proceedings and only notice was ordered. The transfer petition has been filed mainly on the ground that the petitioner is having some ailment and he is not able to be present before the Court below on all hearing days. 3.This Court is not convinced with the reason assigned by the petitioner seeking for transfer of the proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the Fast Track Court III Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, to dispose of the proceedings in C.C.No.3508 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has not already been disposed of.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
