ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1931 of 2013 on the file of Inspector of PoliceF-3, Nungambakkam Police Station, Numgambakkam, Chennai 600 034.

2. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.780 of 2014 on 18.10.2013. Hence, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
