Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representations dated 22.10.2012 and 06.01.2021 given by the petitioner in view of the order in W.P.No.2788/2013 dated 05.02.2013 passed by this Court and to issue patta to the petitioner house.

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2012 and 06.01.2021.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Mr.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents and made a preliminary statement on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 05.03.2021 at 3.00 p.m.at the office of the second respondent, the Tahsildar.

4.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

5.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the 2/4

petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2012 and 06.01.2021 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of service of order copy, subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the ensuing General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021.

6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
