JUDGMENT
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act against the Judgment and Decree dated 05.10.2010 made in MACT O.P.No.3439 of 2003 on the file of the III Small Causes Court (Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal), Chennai.
2) On 10.10.2018, when the case is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal by endorsing that the injured appellant died and so far as this appeal is not maintainable and in view of the above he may be permitted to withdraw the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
