ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.465 of 2014, pending on the file of the 4th respondent to any other investigation agency by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances. 2.Heard, M.Guruprasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is conducting investigation and the same is yet to be disposed of.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the fourth respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.465 of 2014, pending on his file and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
