Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land comprised in Survey No.561 & 562/10, situate at Vellaikottai, Keragodahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to demarcate boundaries based on the online application of the petitioner dated 29.09.2021 within a stipulated time.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the land comprised in Survey No.561 & 562/10, situated at Vellaikottai, Keragodahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to demarcate boundaries based on the online application of the petitioner dated 29.09.2021 within a stipulated time.

The case of the petitioner is that the aforesaid property originally belongs to petitioner's wife, and after the demise of petitioner's wife, the petitioner has become the owner of the property and the Revenue Records stand in his name. Subsequently, the patta was also issued by the competent authority in the name of the petitioner in respect of all the properties of his wife Muniyammal. Thereafter, the petitioner has made an application dated 29.09.2021 through online to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents seeking to survey the property by fixing boundaries in the aforesaid premises and the petitioner has paid the necessary charges to demarcate the boundaries based on his application. As the said online application/representation made by the petitioner has evoked no response, the petitioner has filed this present Writ Petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2021 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.
4. Mr.A.Anandan, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that if any direction is given by this Court, the same will be complied with.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. This Writ Petition is accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
