Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in impugned Go.Ms.No.268 Animal Husbandry,Dairying and Fisheries (Poultry) Department dated 21.10.2013 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash condition number (i) and (ii) set out in paragraph 8 of the impugned Go as contrary to Go.Ms.118 Finance (Pension) dated 14.02.1996 and Division Bench Judgment and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to grant pension, family pension and enhanced death cum retirement gratuity by calculating the half the non pensionable service rendered by the petitioner in TAPCO along with pensionable service in 2nd respondent with interest.
