The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences, under Sections 147, 447, 378 IPC., and seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that a case was registered against the petitioner, under the allegation of theft of motor, by encumbering a public pathway.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the said motor was recovered.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, but imposing stringent conditions.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate R.SUBBIAH, J.
skm concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikkal or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikkal, daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders. 30.04.2015 skm CRL.
