ORDER

It is now informed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the tender was already allotted to the 6th respondent who had completed more than 80% of the work and only three

months remains to complete the entire work. Therefore, he would submit that nothing survives for consideration of this Court and the matter has become infructuous.
