This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.455 of 2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 4 of Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 and 506(i) of I.P.C.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that enquiry has been conducted and found that no case is pending against the petitioner as on date and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

4.The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded and accordingly, this petition is closed.
