ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.87 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that in this case the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore, which was taken on file as C.C.No.2336 of 2019 and the case is posted for appearance of the accused. There are totally two accused in this case. He further submitted that as far as this petitioner is concerned, he has been transposed and made as a witness, LW5 in this case.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the petition is dismissed, accordingly.
