The prayer in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents, their men, agents, from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business of the petitioner in the name and style of "River Salon and Day Spa" at their branches located at Alwarpet, Porur, Arumbakkam, situates within the Chennai City, Tiruppur, Vellore, Coimbatore and Triuchirapalli.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition * with liberty to file individual writ petition, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition * stands dismissed as withdrawn * with liberty to file individual writ petition.
