ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint as an FIR on the basis of the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur vide order dated 25.01.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.104 of 2018 pending before the respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the FIR has already been registered in Crime No.1 of 2019 by the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
