This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for the transfer of investigation in Crime No.220 of 2022 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent.
2. Heart both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that investigation has already been completed in FIR in Crime No.220 of 2022 pending on the file of the second respondent police and the same was closed as 'Further Action Dropped'. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no enquiry was conducted and no referred charge sheet notice was served to the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to serve referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition in the manner known to law, if so advised.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
